欲说还羞

辛弃疾的词，我现在算是体会深刻了……

少年不识愁滋味，爱上层楼，爱上层楼，为赋新词强说愁。

而今识尽愁滋味，欲说还羞，欲说还羞，却道天凉好个秋。

心里的感受，无论是什么样的，都是茶壶里面堵饺子，有口倒不出啊！

烦闷，难受极了……
